Preventative and Advanced Dentistry Services
Just as it’s crucial for you to see a dentist regularly, it’s important for dogs and cats, especially since they can’t floss at home!

Pets need dental care, too! Bad breath can be a sign of periodontal disease, a commonly ignored problem for many pets.
We now recognize that dental disease can have serious impacts on the quality of life and health of our pets. SVC offers a number of treatments from routine dental cleaning to more complicated procedures like dental extractions for your furry family members.
Your pet will have an annual oral examination at the time of his or her yearly wellness appointments. For many dogs and cats, yearly cleanings are enough to maintain their oral and dental health. However, some animals require more frequent or more advanced care.
What are some common dental disease concerns?
Gingivitis
Tooth damage and loss
Tooth resorption
Systemic health problems
Oral pain
